In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with the company's customer service and the customer, you as a customer, can turn to the General Complaints Board (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden), see arn.se.

The European Commission gives consumers the opportunity to resolve online disputes on one of their platforms. The platform http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr serves as a site where consumers can try to reach out-of-court settlements of disputes arising from online purchases and contracts for services.

In an event of a dispute we follow decisions from ARN or the corresponding dispute resolution body.
