Shipping info
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days of receiving the order, provided that payment has been cleared and items are in stock.
During sales periods, launches, or high demand, processing times may be extended.
Any temporary updates will be communicated on our website (e.g. banners). We operate Monday to Friday excluding Swedish public holidays. An order confirmation will be sent by email when your order is placed. Once your package is shipped we will send you a second email with a final confirmation and instructions on how to track and collect your package. Shipping costs will be added to your order and displayed at checkout.
Note that any additional fees such as duties or taxes in custom clearance are not covered by Mästore AB.
We ship to
European Union, United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland, Switzerland and Turkey.
Swedish orders
Free shipping on all orders over 800 SEK. Swedish orders are shipped by UPS or DHL. Delivery time is 3-7 business days after dispatch. All packages are delivered to your nearest UPS or DHL Service Point for collection. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. If you do not collect your package within 14 days, the package will be returned to Mästore AB. If a delivered package is not collected, we reserve the right to charge you a fee covering the entire cost of the shipping as well as any additional penalty and processing fees. Non-collected packages are generally not covered by the right to return items.
EU and International orders
EU and international orders are mainly shipped by UPS or DHL. Delivery time is 5-10 business days after dispatch. During sale periods, delivery times may be longer due to high order volume. Please note that the goods cannot be left without a signature and that couriers usually operate between 08.00-18.00 (8am-6pm) on business days. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and issues such as payment authorization and destination customs clearance may cause delays. Please note that we are unable to deliver to post office boxes.
Depending on where your country is situated, additional fees such as duties or taxes in custom clearance may occur. These costs are not covered by Mästore AB.
Non-collected items
If a delivered package is not collected, we reserve the right to charge you a fee covering the entire cost of the shipping as well as any additional penalty and processing fees. Non-collected packages are normally not covered by the right to return items.
